Today, day four of the WJMC, Was vary exiting and eventful, but i would have to say the most fun part was at the Air and Space Museum eating lunch with my friends, going on flite simulators, and running through the rain. I have made some great friends so far this week so i just want to take a minute to thank all my suporters and sponsors for making all this happen for me. all the exiting pictures from today can be found at:   http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.2107414040774.2103445.1108230770

The thing that most stood out about today for me was visiting the National Press Club.

The afternoon started off to a scrumptious lunch at Five Guys with Allison Mann discusing school and life and many things. then after we finished eating the entire WJMC crew walked around the corner to the National Press Club where we listened to Chuck Todd talk about politics, and the by far best speaker so far, Hoda Kotb, talk about her carear in journalism.

Today i woke up at 6 30 because my alarm did not go off at 5 30 like i wanted it to. Thank you Verizon. As we met down stairs for breakfast we kept to our red group pride and staying on time as our group faculty advisor Amy Poe led the group carrying a giant cup of coffe

after breakfast we loaded on the busses that took us to the Newseum

the Newseum had so many interesting things to see such as Photography from the beging of jouralism to presant day, the 9/11 exibit featuring the mangled and mashed communications tower from the top of the north tower of the world trade center, the increadable studios and theaters, and the amazing veiw of the capital building.

as i arrived at the WJMC today i was greeted by the wjmc advanced group at the airport and braught to the campous. as we unpacked i met my roomates and then headed to dinner. our first keynote speaker was chris cillizza and then we broke into our color group meetings. GO RED TEAM! then we were done for the nite
